Benny Rediers is the Principal Consultant at The Campine Advisory.  He has more than 30 years of experience in the areas of NVH Problem Solving, Modal Analysis as well as Experimental & Analytical Dynamics.

Benny grew up in The Campine in Belgium and graduated with a BSME from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KUL), Belgium.  He then moved to the USA and graduated with a MSME from the University of Cincinnati, working at the Structural Dynamics Research Lab with Professors Randy Allemang and Dave Brown.  He worked for more than 20 years as a Noise Vibration & Harshness (NVH) consultant at companies such as Defiance Engineering and Ricardo, using various experimental and analytical tools to solve noise and vibration problems across multiple industries.

Since 2008, Benny has been part of several start-up companies such as JDT Processworks (plant automation to proactively reduce process variation and reduce manufacturing defects), ALTe Powertrain Technologies (Hybrid electric powertrain retrofits for commercial fleets) and Mahindra North America (Vehicle Integration & NVH in US-developed vehicle programs for the India market).
